The Turning Point

Fresh into her corporate career, Shraddha experienced severe back pain. Rather than relying on medication, she chose to explore natural healing through movement and discovered yoga—drawn to its breathwork, meditation, and mind-body focus beyond just fitness.

2019

Teacher Training Begins

Enrolled in a 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course at S-VYASA, Bengaluru. Learned about yogic philosophy, therapeutic practices, and traditional asanas. Realized yoga is not just a practice—but a way of life.

2020-2023

Going Deeper into Yogic Science

Inspired to dive further, she pursued a Master's in Yoga Therapy (M.Sc.) from S-VYASA. Studied yoga's therapeutic applications for physical, mental, and lifestyle disorders. Gained a holistic understanding of the science behind healing through yoga.

Graduation & Launch of Being Yogic

Completed her M.Sc. in Yoga Therapy and launched Being Yogic, her platform to offer mindful, accessible, and deeply rooted yoga sessions. Began teaching with the vision to help others discover clarity, strength, and balance through yoga.
